Role Description: This is a full time, on-site Insurance Sales Manager role based in Mumbai.

The Insurance Sales

Manager is responsible for driving sales of life insurance products across protection, child education, retirement, savings and investment, and health plans. Daily activities include meeting prospective and existing customers, explaining product features and benefits, recommending suitable solutions, and managing the end-to-end sales process. The role also involves leading and mentoring a sales team, setting sales targets, monitoring performance, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Manager collaborates with internal stakeholders to support business growth, improve customer experience, and implement effective sales strategies.

- Recruit and onboard part-time Insurance Advisors and Insurance Managers, including tax consultants, MDRT qualifiers, LIC/life insurance agents, and finance professionals.• Lead weekly advisor and manager meetings, set monthly goals, and drive team performance.
- Conduct joint field calls to strengthen client relationships and close life insurance sales.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets while building lasting relationships with managers and advisors.✅ What You’ll Bring
- 2–6 years of experience in life insurance agency sales, with demonstrated sales performance and team-building ability.
- Graduation from a recognized university.
