We are seeking a skilled Insurance Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will have 3-10 years of experience in accounting, preferably within the insurance sector, and will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.

Responsibilities

- Prepare and maintain insurance financial statements and reports.
- Conduct financial analysis to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
- Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts for the insurance division.
- Review and reconcile accounts related to premiums, claims, and reserves.
- Support audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations.
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline accounting processes.





Skills And Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Robust understanding of insurance accounting principles and practices.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks) and MS Excel.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements in the insurance industry.
