nNavson Technologies manufactures scientific equipment for customers in research and related fields. We are looking for an Inside Sales & Customer Support Executive to manage inbound enquiries, develop sales opportunities with existing customers, and help customers get timely support after a purchase.

n

nThis role suits someone who enjoys understanding technical customer needs, follows through consistently, and can keep sales and support activities organized in Salesforce.

nKey responsibilities

- Respond promptly to inbound enquiries and understand each customer’s application, requirements, and purchasing timeline.
n
- Share relevant product information, prepare quotations, and follow up with customers through the sales process.
n
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell suitable products or solutions to existing customers.
n
- Maintain accurate customer details, opportunities, interactions, and follow-up tasks in Salesforce.
n
- Act as a point of contact for post-sale questions and service requests,



coordinating with the appropriate internal team to resolve them.
n
- Keep customers informed about the status of their enquiries, orders, and support requests.
n
- Work with colleagues and dealers where needed to ensure smooth communication from initial enquiry through post-sale support.

nWhat we’re looking for

- Experience in inside sales or a customer-facing sales role.
n
- Hands-on experience using Salesforce to manage leads, opportunities, and customer activity.
n
- Solid written and verbal communication skills, with a disciplined approach to follow-up.
n
- Ability to understand customer needs, explain product information clearly, and coordinate with technical colleagues.
n
- A customer-focused approach to resolving questions and service issues.

nPreferred experience

- Prior sales experience with scientific, research, biotech, or biomedical equipment is preferred.
n
- Work location: Bengaluru, on-site.
