About the Role We are looking for a Sales Co-ordinator to support in managing enquiries, quotations, customer communication, documentation, follow-ups and order coordination. The role requires solid coordination, communication, documentation and follow-up skills, with the ability to manage multiple activities and ensure timely closure of sales-related tasks. Coordinate with the Sales, Presales, Procurement, Accounts and Project teams for day-to-day sales activities.

Prepare and share quotations, proposals, proforma invoices and other sales documents. Coordinate with Project for BOQs, technical proposals and product details. Coordinate internally for order processing, material dispatch and delivery updates.

Assist the sales team in scheduling customer meetings, site visits and demonstrations. Maintain customer and vendor databases. Prepare regular sales reports and status updates for management. Support the Sales team in achieving smooth and efficient sales operations.

Graduate in any discipline. A few months to 2 years of experience in Inside Sales, Sales Coordination, Quotation Management, or a similar role. Candidates with relevant internship experience may also be considered.
