As an Infrastructure Architect, your day involves overseeing the comprehensive design and governance of data center infrastructure, spanning compute, storage, and networking components. You focus on creating scalable and secure environments that integrate advanced technologies to support evolving business demands.

Your role includes establishing architectural standards and patterns that align with compliance and security mandates, while ensuring operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness. Collaboration with various stakeholders to maintain a cohesive infrastructure strategy is a key part of your daily activities, enabling robust and future-ready technology solutions.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.




- Lead the development and enforcement of infrastructure architecture standards to ensure consistency and quality across projects.
- Facilitate cross-functional communication to align infrastructure initiatives with organizational goals and compliance requirements.
- Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster professional growth and technical expertise.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Network Architecture and Design.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with SD-WAN Implementation.
- Strong knowledge of data center technologies including compute, storage, and networking components.
- Ability to design scalable and secure infrastructure solutions that meet business and operational needs.
- Experience in defining architecture standards and patterns aligned with security and compliance frameworks.
- Skilled in collaborating with diverse teams to drive architectural decisions and problem-solving across multiple domains.

Additional Information

- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Network Architecture and Design.
- This position is based at our Gurugram office.
