Project Manager – Automation & Disaster Recovery projects

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end automation and disaster recovery (DR) projects
- Coordinate cross-functional teams for timely project delivery.
- Design and implement automated DR workflows (switchover/switchback).
- Drive CI/CD pipeline development for DR processes.
- Develop dashboards for DR readiness, failover status, and automation KPIs.
- Ensure drift management and configuration compliance.
- Collaborate with DevOps teams and other operational teams for automation integration.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, status reports, and risk assessments.
- Support and drive all IT-DR projects

Required Skills:

- Robust Project Management experience (Agile prefered).
- Expertise in Disaster Recovery principles (RTO/RPO).
- Hands-on with Ansible, Python scripting, and DevOps toolchains.
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, Git, and automation frameworks.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and hybrid DR strategies.

- Understanding of ITIL processes
- PMP / PRINCE2 certification preferred.
