- Primary skills:Technology->Data Management - Data Integration->Informatica,Technology->Data on Cloud - Datastore->Cloud based Integration Platforms->Informatica Intelligent Cloud services(IICS)
- Lead end-to-end delivery of Informatica/IICS-based data integration solutions, from requirement analysis to production rollout.
- Design scalable ETL architectures, integration patterns, and reusable components aligned to enterprise standards.
- Develop, optimize, and maintain ETL workflows, mappings, and schedules to ensure accuracy, performance, and reliability.
- Drive technical reviews, enforce best practices, and ensure adherence to SDLC, versioning, and release processes.
- Troubleshoot complex data issues, perform root-cause analysis, and implement preventive monitoring and alerting.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical specifications and delivery plans.
- Mentor team members, support estimations, and contribute to sprint planning and delivery governance.
- Ensure data quality and operational stability through validation checks, reconciliation, and documentation.
- 5–9 years of overall experience with strong hands-on expertise in Informatica and IICS for enterprise data integration.
- Strong experience in ETL development, optimization,



and production support for data pipelines.
- Ability to lead technical delivery, perform design reviews, and guide implementation across a team.
- Solid understanding of data integration concepts, error handling, scheduling, and operational support practices.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (or equivalent) in Engineering/Technology/Computer Applications/Science (BE/BTech/MTech/MCA/MSc or equivalent).

Qualifications:

- Experience designing cloud-first integration solutions using IICS services (ingestion, transformation, orchestration) and reusable frameworks.
- Proven track record leading multiple ETL deliverables, managing dependencies, and driving timely releases in agile teams.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to communicate trade-offs, risks, and solution options clearly.
- Experience improving pipeline performance through tuning, partitioning strategies, and efficient transformation design.
- Exposure to data governance practices such as lineage, auditability, and operational controls for enterprise integrations.

Valuable to have skills: SQL, Data Warehousing, Data Modeling, Cloud Platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), CI/CD for Data Pipelines
