Influencer Marketing Manager + Social Media Coordinator

Filohevis is a growing men’s fashion brand looking for someone who can manage influencer collaborations and keep our social media content moving from idea to publication. You should be comfortable finding the right creators, negotiating deliverables, coordinating shoots, and following up until the final content is live.

Responsibilities

- Identify influencers and content creators whose audience and style fit Filohevis.
- Handle outreach, negotiations, product selection, briefs, timelines, approvals, and payments.
- Coordinate creator shoots and ensure content shows the product accurately and looks natural on camera.
- Track collaboration costs, deliverables, posting dates, usage rights, and campaign results.
- Maintain the social media content calendar and coordinate with creators, editors, designers, and the internal team.
- Help develop reel concepts, hooks, captions, and references based on current fashion content and brand goals.




- Review content before posting for quality, accuracy, and brand consistency.
- Monitor comments, messages, trends, and performance to suggest practical improvements.

What we’re looking for
- Experience in influencer marketing and social media coordination, preferably with a fashion, lifestyle, or D2C brand.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills in English and Hindi.
- Valuable judgment about creators, content quality, and what feels authentic to an audience.
- Excellent follow-up and organisation skills; you can manage several collaborations at once without losing track of details.
- Working knowledge of Instagram analytics, Google Sheets, and content planning tools.
- Comfortable being present for shoots in Delhi when required.
