So here's the deal.

We're cloute, a digital marketing agency that works with Marico, Reckitt, P&G; and other such big brands to trust us with their campaigns. We're not big, not fancy, no ping pong table, no culture deck with stock photos of people laughing at laptops. What we have is real client work, real deadlines, and real chaos (mostly the valuable kind).

We need an intern for the influencer marketing side. Finding the right creators, chasing replies, keeping fifteen moving parts from falling apart at once.

What you'll actually do:

- Hunt down influencers who fit a brief, not just blue ticks and big numbers, but audiences that actually care
- Read comment sections like a detective. Engagement over vanity metrics, always
- Write outreach messages that don't sound like a bot wrote them
- Track responses, follow ups, and deadlines. Basically be the agency's memory




- Sit in on brand calls and take notes that make sense later
- Help make sense of campaign data without pretending you understand it more than you do

What you need:

- Actually active on Instagram/YouTube, not "I have an account," but "I know why that Reel worked and that one didn't"
- Can write a message to a stranger and get a reply, not a "seen"
- Comfortable with spreadsheets. Excel/Sheets, not vibes
- Says "let me check" instead of guessing confidently and being wrong
- 1st or 2nd year, any stream. Instinct over degree

What you don't need:

- Prior internship experience, that's what this is for
- A portfolio full of buzzwords

How you earn: We're a young agency, budget's are tight right now, so no fixed stipend. Saying that upfront instead of dressing it up. But you're not working for free either. Hit campaign targets, get a performance bonus. Simple as that.

Plus: real brand exposure and experience of working directly with the founders, and a certificate + LOR from someone who actually watched you work.
