About the Role

We are looking for an Influencer & Creator Marketing Intern to help BAOIAM identify, connect with and build relationships with relevant influencers, student creators and content creators.

You will work on creator research, outreach, collaboration, follow-ups, campaign coordination and reporting , helping BAOIAM expand its reach through creator-led marketing.

Key Responsibilities

- Research Instagram, YouTube and LinkedIn creators relevant to students, education, careers, technology and youth audiences.
- Build and maintain a structured database of influencers and creators.
- Identify nano, micro and student creators relevant to BAOIAM.
- Reach out to creators through email, LinkedIn, Instagram and other professional channels.
- Draft creator collaboration messages and manage follow-ups.
- Coordinate collaborations for Reels, posts, stories, videos, webinars and student campaigns .
- Track creator responses, deliverables, deadlines and collaboration status.
- Coordinate with the Social Media Manager, Script Writer, Graphic Designer and Video Editor whenever required.
- Research competitor and industry creator campaigns to identify new opportunities.
- Support creator campaign ideas and execution.
- Maintain weekly reports covering outreach, responses, collaborations and outcomes.




- Build and maintain long-term relationships with relevant creators and student communities.

Skills Required
- Good written and verbal communication.
- Strong research and internet research skills.
- Ability to identify relevant influencers and creators.
- Professional outreach and follow-up skills.
- Basic understanding of Instagram, YouTube and LinkedIn.
- Interest in influencer marketing, digital marketing, content creation or brand partnerships.
- Good spreadsheet and database management skills.
- Ability to communicate professionally with external stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Strong ownership, consistency and willingness to learn.
