JOB LOCATION: Coimbatore

- Source and identify relevant creators/influencers aligned with the brand’s target audience and campaign objectives.
- Coordinate with influencers from initial outreach until campaign completion.
- Manage influencer communication, follow-ups, negotiations, and campaign coordination.
- Track campaign performance and analyze engagement, reach, audience response, and content effectiveness.
- Identify high-performing content trends and share actionable insights for future campaigns.
- Handle outreach to media platforms, digital publications, startup story platforms, meme pages,



and relevant online communities.
- Coordinate with PR agencies and ensure smooth follow-up on brand coverage opportunities.
- Contribute ideas for brand positioning, communication angles, brand hooks, and viral/self-hype narratives to improve brand recall.
- Create compelling outreach messages, pitches, and communication copies suitable for external media and creators.
- Stay updated with current social media trends, short-form content strategies, creator-led marketing, and digital engagement practices.
- Support overall brand visibility and online presence through timely and relevant digital outreach initiatives.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline
- Freshers are welcome to apply
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Interest in retail sales and fashion industry
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
