- Monitor and implement infection prevention and control practices throughout the hospital.

- Conduct regular infection control rounds in wards, ICU, OT, laboratory, and other departments.

- Monitor hand hygiene compliance among healthcare workers.

- Ensure proper use of PPE and standard/transmission-based precautions.

- Monitor hospital-acquired infections (HAIs) and maintain infection surveillance data.

- Investigate and report suspected outbreaks or unusual infection patterns.

- Educate nurses, doctors, housekeeping staff, patients, and attendants about infection prevention.

- Conduct training on hand hygiene, biomedical waste management, PPE, sterilization, and isolation precautions.

- Monitor cleaning, disinfection, sterilization, and biomedical waste-management practices.





- Assist with antimicrobial stewardship and monitor appropriate antibiotic practices as required.

- Maintain infection-control records, reports, checklists, and documentation.

- Participate in the Hospital Infection Control Committee (HICC) and related meetings.

- Help develop and update infection-control policies, SOPs, and guidelines.

- Coordinate with microbiology, nursing, housekeeping, CSSD, OT, and other departments.

- Ensure compliance with applicable hospital accreditation and infection-control standards.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
