About The Viral Genie The Viral Genie is an influencer marketing agency working with brands and creators across India. We execute barter, paid, UGC, seeding, review & rating, and creator-led campaigns.

We’re looking for an Influencer Marketing Associate who can take ownership of campaign execution from creator shortlisting to content going live.

What You'll Do

- Scout and shortlist relevant influencers based on campaign requirements.
- Coordinate with creators through Instagram, WhatsApp, email and calls.
- Negotiate barter and paid collaborations with creators.
- Handle complete campaign execution from onboarding to content going live.
- Share briefs and ensure creators understand campaign requirements.
- Coordinate product dispatch, delivery and content timelines.
- Follow up with creators for drafts, approvals and live content.
- Track campaign progress and maintain accurate campaign sheets.
- Coordinate with brands for approvals, feedback and changes.
- Handle creator payment coordination after campaign completion.
- Monitor campaign performance including content count, reach and impressions.
- Identify and resolve execution issues quickly.
- Manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and ensure deadlines are met.

What We're Looking For
- 0–2 years of experience in influencer marketing, social media, talent management or a related role.
- Good understanding of Instagram creators and influencer marketing.




- Experience with barter and paid campaigns is preferred.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Comfortable speaking with creators and brands over calls.
- Good follow-up and coordination skills.
- Ability to work with Google Sheets/Excel.
- Robust attention to detail and ownership.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced agency environment.

What Will Give You an Edge
- Existing understanding of nano, micro, macro and celebrity creators.
- Experience handling campaigns end-to-end.
- Knowledge of creator pricing and negotiation.
- Experience with UGC, product seeding or review/rating campaigns.
- Existing creator network.

Who Should NOT Apply This role is not just a social media or posting job.

If you don't enjoy calling creators, negotiating, following up repeatedly, solving campaign issues and ensuring content actually goes live, this role won't be a good fit.

Performance-based incentives may be provided based on campaign execution and performance.

Hiring Process

Shortlisted candidates will be invited for an offline interview at our Noida office.

Immediate joiners are preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
