Position Summary:

1. To use analysis tools manage and stabilized product process
2. Optimize and improve the material application performance in process
3. Defining the product parameter and standard working hours
4. Focus on the quality issues which raise up from internal production and external customer
5. Focus on Introduce recent material/product/hose technology/machine into plant
6. Improve products yield and production efficiency with multiple technique (material/ process/ IE skill)
7. Time method and routing study for Costification of processes
8. Machine capacity and saturability study
9. Analysis of processes and work techniques, the measurement of elementary operations, human activities and their safety in the workplace, referring to the kaizen approach aimed at continuous improvement

Part3 Position Requirements Education Level or Equivalent Experience:

1. Bachelor degree, majored in materials, industrial engineering, Mechanical Manufacture, Chemistry and Physics of Polymers are preferred
2. Rubber industry experience is preferred

3) Process experience at least 5 years

Basic Knowledge and Skills

1. Know and apply some tools such as 6Sigma and quality system ISO9001
2. Has knowledge and experience in Kaizen PFMEA Minitab.
3. Has knowledge and experience of time capacity study
4. Process engineering experience, tools development experience, ability to identify engineering drawings, material specifications, mechanical manuals, etc.
5. Good communication skills in English
6. Good level of English on writing and reading

Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel and PPT), be familiar with Minitab AutoCAD and so on
10. Able to manage the team to set goals, regularly review and timely improvement
11. SAP knowledge is necessary (BOM/Routing/Master Data/Costing)
12. Familiar with quality tool (SPC, MSA, APQP, PPAP, Etc.)

Part4 Responsibilities

Strategy:

1. Protect confidential and proprietary information from inadvertent disclosure.
2. Lead in Design & Development of various Automatic Machinery, Fixture and Tooling for mass production.

Operations:

1. Lead technician team in daily, breakdown jobs from top management
2. Lead in Design & Development of various Automatic Machinery,



Fixture and Tooling for mass production.
3. Identify, justify, prioritize and implement ideas for continuous improvement in assigned areas.
4. Utilize statistical techniques, improvement methodologies, simulations and application of equipment/technology advances to achieve quantifiable improvements
5. Analyze cost information, production data and analytical results to maintain effective control of assigned plant operations
6. Provide technical leadership in industrialization step and documentation (ie. basis of safety, basis of environmental control, EC, PSSR (Pre-startup safety review), critical operating parameters, safety interlocks, equipment design, RTK training (Right to Know Training))
7. Provide technical leadership during new process setup, technology transfer, equipment qualification and startups (ie. plant requirements & setup, production costing, capital project scope, production reporting).
8. Develop, support &/or direct engineering projects throughout the facility
9. Provide technical guidance and training for process team, in resolution of daily production problems
10. Deliver technical presentations to corporate managers

Cooperation:

1. Work with Production and Quality Assurance team in production process, tooling development, trouble shooting and optimization
2. Participate in problem-solving and decision-making meetings with production.
