Responsibilities

- Oversee and manage the daily operations of the Outpatient Department (OPD), ensuring efficient patient flow and optimal care delivery.
- Conduct thorough patient assessments and coordinate outpatient care plans in collaboration with healthcare providers.
- Implement and monitor infection control practices to maintain a secure and hygienic environment for patients and staff.
- Ensure accurate and timely clinical documentation of patient records and medical histories.
- Manage triage processes to prioritize patient care based on medical urgency and resources available.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring adherence to protocols and patient safety standards.
- Provide patient education to enhance understanding of medical conditions, treatment plans, and self-care techniques.




- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care for patients.
- Lead and mentor nursing staff, fostering a supportive and effective team environment.
- Offer emergency support within the OPD, responding promptly to critical situations and stabilizing patients as required.
