Role Description The In shop promoter role at EcoFone is a full-time, on-site position based in Gorakhpur. The promoter will represent the EcoFone brand in retail settings, actively engaging with walk-in customers, explaining product features and benefits, and promoting refurbished smartphones. Daily responsibilities include demonstrating devices, answering customer questions, supporting sales conversions, and maintaining attractive product displays that align with brand guidelines.

The role also involves collecting customer feedback,



sharing insights with the store and marketing teams, and participating in in-store campaigns and training sessions to stay current on new products and offers. The ideal candidate will foster a positive customer experience and contribute to store-level sales and brand visibility.

Qualifications

- Strong Communication skills, including clear verbal interaction and active listening with diverse customers.
- Proven Customer Service abilities, with a focus on building trust, handling queries, and resolving issues professionally.
- Sales skills, including product demonstration, cross-selling, and closing sales in a retail environment.
- Experience in Training or coaching, such as guiding customers on device usage or supporting new team members.
- Basic Marketing awareness, including understanding promotions, in-store branding, and customer engagement techniques.
- Previous retail, smartphone, or consumer electronics experience is an advantage.
- Comfort working on-site in a fast-paced store setting, with flexible schedules including weekends and holidays if required.
- Minimum high school diploma; additional certifications in sales or customer service are beneficial.
