Job Summary

As an In-House Chef at Myspace Holiday Inn, you will be responsible for creating innovative dishes, managing kitchen operations, and ensuring guests have a memorable culinary experience. If you're passionate about food, creativity, and guest satisfaction, this is the perfect role for you!

Key Responsibilities

- Menu Planning: Design and implement menus that highlight local and seasonal ingredients, while catering to the diverse tastes and dietary preferences of our guests.
- Kitchen Management: Supervise kitchen operations to ensure smooth preparation, presentation, and timely service of all dishes.
- Culinary Expertise: Prepare and cook a variety of meals, including regional specialties and custom dishes for guests with specific dietary needs.
- Team Leadership: Lead, train, and motivate kitchen staff to maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, and presentation.
- Inventory Management: Oversee inventory control, ordering of ingredients, supplies, and equipment to ensure efficient kitchen operations.
- Quality Control:



Maintain exceptional quality standards for food preparation, taste, presentation, and cleanliness at all times.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Proven experience as a chef, preferably in a hotel or restaurant setting.
- Strong knowledge of local and international cuisines, with an emphasis on seasonal ingredients.
- Ability to create custom menus based on guest preferences and dietary restrictions.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.
- Passionate about food, creativity, and delivering an outstanding dining experience.

Job Type: Full time Pay: From ₹18,000.00 per month
