About the Role:

We are looking for an Implementation Consultant to manage client implementations, understand business requirements, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure smooth project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

- Gather and understand client requirements.
- Support end-to-end HRMS implementation.
- Coordinate configuration, testing, UAT and Go-Live.
- Conduct client training and provide post-Go-Live support.
- Manage client communication and regular visits.
- Coordinate with Product, Tech and Support teams.

Requirements:

- MBA is mandatory.
- 1–5 years of relevant implementation/HRMS experience.
- Robust communication and client-handling skills.
- Kolkata-based candidates only, as frequent client visits are required.
- Bengali-speaking candidates preferred/required.
