ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Immigration & Visa Sales Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and an interest in immigration and visa-related services.

Freshers with good communication and sales skills are encouraged to apply. Candidates with up 0 to 2 years of relevant experience in immigration, visa consultancy, travel, customer service, or sales will also be considered.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Handle enquiries from prospective clients regarding immigration and visa services.
- Understand client requirements and provide appropriate information regarding available visa and immigration services.
- Follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels.
- Convert qualified leads into clients through effective communication and consultative sales techniques.
- Maintain regular follow-up with existing and potential clients.
- Achieve assigned monthly sales and conversion targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, client interactions, and sales activities.
- Coordinate with the documentation and processing team to ensure smooth client handling.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with clients.
- Identify current sales opportunities and actively contribute to business development.
- Stay updated on relevant visa processes, service requirements,



and company offerings.
- Handle client queries professionally and escalate complex cases to the concerned team when required.

REQUIRED SKILLS

- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong customer-handling and interpersonal skills.
- Basic sales and negotiation skills.
- Ability to follow up consistently and convert leads.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
- Good knowledge of MS Office and basic computer applications.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to learn immigration and visa procedures.

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification preferred.
- Freshers with good communication and sales skills are welcome to apply.

EXPERIENCE

- 0–2 years of experience in sales, visa consultancy, immigration, travel, customer service, or a related field.
- Relevant experience is an advantage but not mandatory.

SALARY & INCENTIVES

- Monthly Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹20,000.
