JioWW Global is hiring an experienced Study Visa Counsellor to guide students through their overseas education options and application process.

Responsibilities

- Speak with enquiries, understand students’ education backgrounds and recommend suitable courses and destinations.
- Explain admission, documentation and visa requirements clearly.
- Follow up with leads, arrange consultations and maintain accurate records in the CRM.
- Coordinate with the admissions and documentation team to track applications.
- Meet agreed counselling and enrolment targets.

Requirements

- At least 2 years of experience in study visa or overseas education counselling.
- Positive knowledge of student admission and visa processes.
- Strong communication and follow-up skills.
- Comfortable speaking with students and parents in English, Hindi and Punjabi.
