– TEACHING STAFF

- Plan and deliver engaging, child-centered lessons as per the CBSE curriculum.

- Create a positive, safe, and inclusive learning setting.

- Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, activities, and assessments.

- Monitor and evaluate students’ academic and overall development.

- Provide individual attention and support to students as required.

- Maintain classroom discipline, attendance, and academic records.

- Use innovative and activity-based teaching methods to enhance learning.

- Communicate effectively with parents regarding students’ progress.

- Participate actively in school events, co-curricular activities, meetings, and other assigned responsibilities.

- Work collaboratively with colleagues and contribute to the overall development of the school.

- Demonstrate professionalism, punctuality, patience, and a positive attitude.

- Follow school policies, procedures, and CBSE guidelines.
