Role & responsibilities :

- Understand client requirements and job descriptions.

- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, databases, and references.

- Screen and shortlist suitable candidates.

- Conduct initial candidate calls and explain job details.

- Share relevant profiles with clients.

- Coordinate interviews and follow up for feedback.

- Follow up with selected candidates until joining.

- Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers.

- Handle multiple requirements and meet recruitment TAT.

- Achieve daily and monthly recruitment targets.

- Maintain good relationships with candidates and clients.

- Share daily recruitment updates with the reporting manager.

Preferred candidate profile

- Experience in Recruitment IT & Non-IT Hiring

- Preference for candidates with Recruitment Consultancy experience

- Candidates staying near Rajajinagar preferred

- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills

- Target-oriented and self-motivated

- Ability to handle multiple requirements and work within TAT
- immediate Joiners required
