Position: SBI Renewal - Customer Care Executive (Inbound & Outbound Process)
Eligibility:
- HSC Pass / Graduate
- Freshers can apply
- English Communication: V3 level
- Gujarati language candidates preferred for the Gujarati process
- Immediate joiners preferred
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle customer calls related to renewal services
- Provide accurate information and resolve customer queries
- Assist customers with the renewal process
- Maintain skilled communication and service quality
Shift Details:
- Shift Window: 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM
- Working Hours: Any 9-hour shift
Salary:
- General Candidates: 16,250/- NAPS
- Gujarati Candidates: 18,000/- NAPS
