Job Title: IIT Graduates Only – JEE Faculty | Physics / Chemistry / Mathematics

About the Role

IIEIM Pune is looking for passionate IIT graduates to join as JEE Faculty for Physics, Chemistry, or Mathematics.

This role is designed for IIT graduates who want to use their academic journey, problem-solving ability, and experience to teach, mentor, and inspire the next generation of JEE aspirants .

The role goes beyond conventional classroom teaching. Along with JEE preparation, faculty members will help students understand effective study strategies, problem-solving approaches, IIT life, engineering education, and career opportunities.

Success in this position means helping students strengthen their concepts, improve their problem-solving ability, develop confidence, and prepare systematically for JEE.

Responsibilities

- Teach Physics, Chemistry, or Mathematics for JEE Main and JEE Advanced preparation.
- Explain difficult concepts in a simple, structured, and student-friendly manner.
- Develop students' conceptual understanding and advanced problem-solving abilities.
- Conduct online/live classes, doubt-solving sessions, and mentoring sessions.
- Prepare practice questions, assignments, tests, and learning material.
- Analyze student performance and identify areas requiring improvement.
- Guide students on JEE preparation strategy, study planning, revision, and time management.
- Share practical insights from your own JEE and IIT journey .
- Mentor students about IIT academics, engineering branches, college life, and career opportunities.
- Motivate students while maintaining realistic expectations about JEE and engineering careers.
- Participate in seminars,



webinars, workshops, and student interaction programs.
- Represent IIEIM Pune professionally during selected school, college, and educational events.
- Contribute ideas for improving teaching methods, student engagement, and learning outcomes.

Qualifications

- Mandatory: Must have completed a degree from an Indian Institute of Technology (IIT).
- Graduates from any IIT are welcome to apply.
- Solid command of at least one JEE subject: Physics, Chemistry, or Mathematics .
- Strong conceptual and analytical abilities.
- Ability to solve and explain JEE-level problems clearly.
- Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills.
- Genuine interest in teaching and mentoring JEE aspirants .
- Ability to connect with students and simplify complex concepts.
- Comfortable conducting online classes and using digital teaching tools.
- Public-speaking and presentation ability will be an advantage.
- Previous JEE teaching experience is preferred but not mandatory for strong IIT graduates with excellent subject knowledge and teaching ability .
- Fresh IIT graduates are encouraged to apply.
