Role Overview:

We are seeking experienced, high-energy IELTS & PTE Trainers to lead live online group batches and conduct 1-on-1 personalized feedback sessions. In this role, your earnings grow alongside candidate experience, batch sizes, student retention, and performance outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Live Online Delivery: Conduct interactive live group batches and 1-on-1 coaching sessions for IELTS (Academic/General) and/or PTE.
- Personalized Feedback: Evaluate student Writing (Task 1 & Task 2) and PTE Essay submissions with detailed, actionable feedback.
- Assessments Support: Run mock Speaking interviews under strict exam conditions and provide instant score breakdowns and strategy adjustments.
- Student Retention & Outcomes: Maintain high engagement levels and guide students toward achieving their target band scores.
- Day-to-day responsibilities: Include designing lesson plans, preparing course materials, collaborating with the content and product teams to refine teaching strategies, incorporate AI-powered tools into instruction, and ensure consistent learning outcomes.
- Update skillset:



The trainer is expected to maintain up-to-date knowledge of IELTS and PTE exam formats, scoring criteria, and best practices in language teaching.

Qualifications

- Strong expertise in English Teaching and Teaching English as a Foreign Language, with the ability to instruct learners from diverse backgrounds.
- Hands-on experience with IELTS and PTE exam preparation, including familiarity with test formats, band descriptors, and scoring strategies.
- Proficiency in Lesson Planning and Teaching, including designing structured, goal-oriented lessons for live online and 1-on-1 formats.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with clear, constructive feedback delivery and mentoring abilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or a related field; TEFL/TESOL or equivalent certification is highly beneficial.
- Comfort using digital learning platforms, video-conferencing tools, and AI-assisted learning products.
- Demonstrated ability to motivate learners, manage class time effectively, and achieve measurable score improvements.
- Prior experience in test prep training centers or language institutes in IELTS/PTE coaching is an advantage.
