Responsibilities

- Provide comprehensive nursing care to critically ill patients in the ICU and NICU settings.
- Monitor and assess patients' vital signs and respond effectively to changes in condition.
- Administer IV medications and manage ventilators to ensure patient stability.
- Deliver postoperative care and support recovery processes.
- Respond to medical emergencies promptly, providing critical emergency support as needed.
- Maintain accurate and detailed clinical documentation of patient care and treatment plans.
- Implement infection control practices to prevent healthcare-associated infections.
- Conduct thorough neurological assessments and report findings to the medical team.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver holistic patient care.
- Educate patients' families on care plans and provide emotional support.
