Responsibilities

- Provide high-quality nursing care to critically ill patients in the ICU, ensuring adherence to standard protocols and procedures.

- Respond promptly to emergency situations, delivering life-saving interventions when necessary.

- Assist in the management of medical equipment, ensuring proper operation and maintenance.

- Educate and support patients' families, explaining treatment plans and addressing concerns with compassion.

- Participate in quality assurance and infection control activities to maintain a safe and effective care workplace.

- Engage in continuous learning and professional development to stay updated with the latest nursing practices and technologies.
