Roles and Responsibilities

- Perform routine maintenance tasks on HVAC systems, including chillers, cooling towers, AHUs, and chiller plants.

- Conduct regular inspections of HVAC equipment to identify potential issues before they become major problems.

- Troubleshoot and repair faulty components of HVAC systems using technical knowledge and problem-solving skills.

- Collaborate with other teams to ensure smooth operation of building services during peak periods or emergencies.

- Maintain accurate records of work performed, including repairs made and materials used.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 1-2 years' experience in HVAC maintenance or related field (B.Tech degree preferred).

- Solid understanding of HVAC systems, including chillers, cooling towers, AHUs, and chiller plants.

- Proficiency in working with various types of HVAC equipment and machinery.

- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) regularly throughout the day.
