HVAC Technician

About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and responsible HVAC Technician to join our engineering and vehicle modification team. The candidate will be responsible for installation, maintenance, testing, troubleshooting, and servicing of HVAC and air-conditioning systems used in customized vehicles and specialized applications.

Key Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

- Install, service, maintain, and troubleshoot HVAC and air-conditioning systems.
- Perform AC piping, ducting, wiring, insulation, and component installation.
- Diagnose and resolve HVAC system faults and performance issues.
- Handle refrigerant charging, leak detection, pressure testing, and system servicing.
- Carry out testing and commissioning of HVAC systems after installation.
- Work on HVAC systems integrated into Mobile Medical Units, Ambulances, Special Vehicles, and other customized vehicles.
- Read and understand basic technical drawings and HVAC layouts.
- Ensure proper installation, safety, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with the engineering and production teams during installation and testing.
- Maintain tools, equipment, and service records.

Requirements
- ITI / Diploma in HVAC, Refrigeration & Air Conditioning,



Mechanical or a related field.
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in HVAC/RAC installation and servicing.
- Practical knowledge of air-conditioning and refrigeration systems.
- Experience with troubleshooting, refrigerant handling, and HVAC maintenance.
- Ability to work independently as well as with a team.
- Good problem-solving and communication skills.
- Willingness to work on customized/special-purpose vehicles.

Preferred Skills
- Experience in vehicle AC / automotive HVAC systems.
- Knowledge of electrical controls and HVAC components.
- Experience with installation and commissioning of customized HVAC systems.
