Role Description The Recruitment Trainee role at TraviYo is a full-time, on-site position based in Noida. The Trainee supports the recruitment team by assisting in end-to-end hiring activities, including posting job openings, sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews. Daily tasks include maintaining candidate databases, communicating with applicants, scheduling and following up on interviews, and supporting onboarding and training logistics.

The Trainee collaborates with hiring managers to understand role requirements and helps ensure a smooth,



professional experience for candidates throughout the recruitment process. This role offers exposure to core HR practices and the opportunity to learn modern recruitment techniques within a growing travel technology company.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Hiring and Recruiting to support end-to-end talent acquisition activities.
- Candidates should possess skills in Interviewing and Communication to interact effectively with applicants and internal stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess skills in Training support, helping with onboarding coordination and basic training logistics.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail in managing multiple hiring processes.
- Proficiency in MS Office and comfort working with online recruitment platforms and HR tools.
- Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment and maintain a professional, inclusive approach to candidates.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field is preferred.
