Role Description The Human Resources Manager will oversee all core HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and HR policy administration. In this full time, on-site role based in Noida, the manager will coordinate hiring processes, maintain employee records, and support workforce planning for clinical and non-clinical staff. Daily responsibilities include managing attendance and leave processes, resolving workplace issues, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and coordinating payroll-related data with finance. The role also involves organizing training and development initiatives, supporting health and safety practices, and promoting employee engagement activities.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in recruitment and selection, including job posting, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of healthcare and support staff.
- Proficiency in employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management, with the ability to handle sensitive issues confidentially and fairly.
- Experience in HR operations such as attendance management, leave administration, payroll coordination, and maintenance of accurate HR documentation.
- Knowledge of Indian labor laws, hospital or healthcare HR practices, and compliance requirements relevant to the state of Uttar Pradesh.
- Ability to design and coordinate training, orientation programs, and employee engagement initiatives to support staff development and retention.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, with the capacity to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.
- Proficiency with HR software or HRIS, MS Office tools, and basic data analysis for HR reporting and decision-making.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a postgraduate HR qualification or professional certification is an advantage.
- Prior experience in an HR management or senior HR generalist role, preferably in a hospital or healthcare setting.
