Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Human Resources Officer role based in New Delhi.
The Human Resources
Officer will manage day-to-day HR operations, including maintaining employee records, supporting recruitment processes, and coordinating onboarding and induction activities. The role involves developing and updating job descriptions, assisting in the formulation and implementation of HR policies, and ensuring compliance with applicable labor laws and organizational guidelines.

Officer will handle employee relations matters, support performance management processes, and facilitate training and development initiatives.
The position also requires preparing HR reports, supporting HR-related communication, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to foster an inclusive, cooperative work culture aligned with AMCSL’s mission.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong skills in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, including exposure to core HR operations and processes.
- Candidates should possess skills in HR Policies and Development, with the ability to draft, review, and implement HR frameworks and role profiles.
- Candidates should possess skills in Employee Relations, including conflict resolution, grievance handling, and engagement activities.
- Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Knowledge of Indian labor laws, HR best practices, and experience in an on-site organizational setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a diverse, gender-neutral, and non-discriminatory workplace.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR information systems, with attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
