About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and proactive HR Assistant Manager / Manager to take ownership of the end-to-end HR function. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with business leaders and drive impactful people initiatives across talent acquisition, employee engagement, HR operations, compliance, learning & development, and organizational culture.

What We're Looking For

✔ 2-6 years of progressive HR experience

✔ Solid understanding of Indian labor laws and statutory compliance

✔ Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills

✔ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

✔ Prior experience in Professional Services, BPO, or high-growth organizations will be an added advantage
