Role Description The Human Resources Intern role at STRIVER PRO is a full-time, on-site position based in India. The intern will support HR operations, including assisting with recruitment activities, screening applications, scheduling interviews, and maintaining candidate records. Day-to-day responsibilities include helping implement HR policies, supporting employee onboarding and documentation, and assisting with personnel data management.





The intern will also contribute to employee engagement initiatives, support basic HR analytics and reporting, and coordinate with different teams to ensure smooth HR processes. This role offers practical exposure to core HR functions and the opportunity to learn from experienced HR professionals in a fast-paced workplace.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess foundational skills in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of HR Policies and Employee Perks.
- Candidates should possess abilities in Personnel Management and maintaining accurate HR records.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Proficiency with MS Office tools and comfort working with HR or data management software.
