Role Description The Human Resources Specialist will manage day-to-day HR operations, including employee onboarding, documentation, and personnel records for the on-site team in the Pune Division. This full-time on-site role involves administering HR policies, handling employee benefits queries, and supporting performance management and payroll coordination.

The specialist will assist in recruitment activities, such as job postings, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and supporting hiring managers. The role also includes addressing employee concerns, supporting engagement initiatives, ensuring compliance with labor regulations,



and collaborating with management to maintain a positive, productive work environment.

The Human Resources

Specialist will work closely with project and design teams to ensure HR processes support business needs effectively.

Qualifications

- Human Resources (HR), HR Management skills to oversee daily HR operations and support organizational goals.
- HR Policies expertise to develop, implement, and ensure compliance with company guidelines and legal requirements.
- Employee Benefits knowledge to administer compensation, advantages programs, and respond to employee queries.
- Personnel Management skills to maintain accurate employee records and support performance and attendance processes.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse teams and manage employee relations.
- Experience in recruitment, onboarding, and HR documentation within a fast-paced or project-based environment.
- Ability to work on-site in Pune Division and manage multiple priorities with attention to detail.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; prior HR experience in interiors, construction, or design industries is an advantage.
