Are you passionate about people, organization, and building strong workplace cultures? 9notnine is looking for a driven, detail-oriented Human Resources Intern to join our team and help drive our hiring, employee engagement, and talent operations.

Position Overview

Role: HR Intern

Location: in office (c-118, ipsa , near gandi nagar railway station , Jaipur)

Duration: 3 – 6 Months

Type: internship

Stipend: 5000rs - 10,000rs

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition & Sourcing: Assist in drafting job descriptions, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and managing candidate pipelines across platforms like LinkedIn, job boards, and college networks.

Onboarding & Offboarding: Help design and execute a seamless onboarding experience for new hires, including preparing welcome kits, managing documentation, and conducting initial orientation sessions.

Employee Engagement: Plan and coordinate team-building activities, internal surveys, and culture initiatives to foster a positive and collaborative work environment.

HR Operations & Administration: Maintain up-to-date employee records, track attendance/leaves, and update HR databases using tools like Google Workspace, Notion, or Excel.

HR Analytics & Special Projects:



Assist in tracking basic HR metrics (time-to-hire, retention, engagement scores) and support strategic HR projects as needed.

What We’re Looking For

Education: Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree .

Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a people-first mindset.

Tool Proficiency: Familiarity with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides), MS Office, and basic HR/Recruitment platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, Canva, or ATS tools is a plus).

Soft Skills: High emotional intelligence, active listening, confidentiality, strong organizational skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced workplace.
