About the Role

Level 12–15 LPA Solid / Excellent Senior / Managerial

We are looking for an experienced Senior HR Operations Manager / HR Operations Lead with 10+ years of experience to lead end-to-end HR operations, compliance, employee relations, HRIS, payroll coordination, workforce analytics, and HR transformation initiatives. The role requires strong knowledge of employment legislation and labour-law frameworks, particularly across Uttar Pradesh, Delhi, and Telangana

, along with the ability to partner effectively with business leaders and external authorities.

Required Skills & Expertise

- 10+ years of relevant experience in HR Operations / HR Generalist / HR Compliance / Employee Relations roles.
- Strong expertise in HR operations, employee lifecycle management, payroll inputs, attendance, leave, benefits, documentation, and exits.
- Strong HRIS knowledge with experience in HR automation, data management, employee self-service, and process optimization.
- Hands-on experience in HR MIS, dashboards, workforce analytics, and management reporting.
- Strong knowledge of labour laws, Shops & Establishments legislation,



statutory compliance, POSH, industrial relations, and employment regulations.
- Practical exposure to labour-law compliance and regulatory requirements across Uttar Pradesh, Delhi, and Telangana.
- Experience handling employee grievances, disciplinary actions, domestic inquiries, investigations, and employee relations matters.
- Experience dealing with labour departments, statutory authorities, inspections, audits, and external agencies.
- Strong stakeholder management, documentation, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. • Exposure to AI-enabled HR tools, workflow automation, digital HR transformation, and process re-engineering will be preferred.
