We are looking for an experienced HR Executive to join our team in Tirunelveli .
? Experience: 5+ Years
? Location: Tirunelveli – local candidates only
? Gender Preference: Female candidates only
? Qualification: Any Degree + MBA (HR preferred)
? Industry Preference: EPC / AEC background preferred
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage complete employee lifecycle activities
- Handle employee documentation, joining, confirmation & exit processes
- Maintain HR records, HRMS & Excel trackers
- Coordinate manpower planning and recruitment requirements
- Support payroll inputs, attendance & leave management
- Drive employee engagement initiatives
- Coordinate statutory compliance activities
- Support performance appraisal processes
- Handle employee grievances and employee relations
- Prepare HR MIS reports, dashboards & management presentations
