Role Description The Human Resources Executive role at Envision is a full time, on-site position based in Mumbai. The role involves primarily recruitment and then 30% of managing day-to-day HR operations, including maintaining employee records, overseeing onboarding and exit processes, and ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.

Executive will handle employee relations by addressing queries, supporting conflict resolution, and fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.





Responsibilities also include implementing HR policies, coordinating performance management processes, supporting recruitment activities, and assisting with training and development initiatives. The role requires close collaboration with management to align HR practices with organizational goals and maintain effective HR workflows.

Qualifications

- 0 to 5 years experience in Human Resources (HR), with practical experience in HR Recruitment and HR Operations.
- Ability to manage and implement HR Policies, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and organizational standards.
- Experience in Employee Relations, including handling grievances, supporting employee engagement, and promoting a respectful workplace.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, with attention to detail and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
- Proficiency in HR documentation and basic HR software or HRIS tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; relevant HR certifications are an advantage.
- Prioexperience in an education or consulting environment is beneficial, along with the ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic, student-focused organization.
