Role Description The Human Resources Consultant is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. This role involves advising clients on HR strategies, policies, and best practices, as well as supporting the design and implementation of HR frameworks that align with business objectives. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting HR assessments, developing and reviewing HR policies, managing employee relations cases, and providing guidance on labor and employment law compliance.

The consultant will work closely with client leadership teams to address workforce challenges, support recruitment and onboarding initiatives, and contribute to training and development programs.



The role also requires preparing reports, documentation, and recommendations, while maintaining strong professional relationships with stakeholders.

Qualifications

- Strong expertise in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, with experience advising or supporting multiple stakeholders.
- Ability to develop, implement, and review HR Policies that align with organizational goals and regulatory requirements.
- Demonstrated skills in Employee Relations, including conflict resolution, performance discussions, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Solid understanding of Labor and Employment Law, with the ability to interpret regulations and ensure compliance.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and consulting skills, with the capacity to present recommendations clearly to management.
- Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities, including experience using HR data and metrics to inform decisions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; relevant HR certifications are an advantage.
- Experience working in a consulting environment or with multiple client organizations is preferred.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and ability to work independently in a fast-paced, client-focused setting.
