Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced BFSI Recruiter with solid expertise in portal-based recruitment. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience sourcing and hiring candidates through Naukri and other online recruitment portals.

This is an on-roll opportunity for candidates who are passionate about recruitment and have a proven track record in portal hiring.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for BFSI positions across Pan India.
- Source candidates extensively through Naukri and other online recruitment portals.
- Use Boolean searches, keywords and filters effectively to identify relevant candidates.




- Screen candidates based on experience, skills, location and job requirements.
- Conduct initial telephonic screening and coordinate interviews with the hiring team.
- Maintain and regularly update the candidate pipeline/database.
- Achieve daily and monthly recruitment targets.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment and joining process.
- Ensure timely closure of open positions.
- Maintain recruitment MIS and provide regular hiring updates.
- Build a strong candidate pipeline for current and future BFSI requiremeRole & responsibilities
