Job Responsibilities

Recruit and hire freshers for manufacturing companies.

Handle candidate calling and follow-ups for open positions.

Conduct and coordinate placement drives at colleges and other locations.

Source candidates through various channels and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.

Screen candidates and coordinate the end-to-end recruitment process.

Coordinate interviews, selection, documentation, and offer processes.

Manage candidate onboarding and ensure timely joining.

Maintain recruitment trackers and provide regular hiring updates.

Coordinate with clients and internal teams to ensure mandates are closed within timelines.

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Strong calling and convincing skills





Ability to handle bulk/fresher recruitment

Valuable coordination and follow-up skills

Target-oriented and comfortable with field/placement drive activities

Basic knowledge of MS Excel and recruitment processes
