- Head of Human Resources – Technymon Technology India Pvt. Ltd.

- Technymon is seeking an experienced HR Head to lead the complete HR function at its Dharwad manufacturing facility.

- Key responsibilities:
- Lead recruitment, manpower planning and talent development.

- Manage employee relations, industrial relations and shop-floor HR.

- Ensure compliance with labour laws and statutory requirements.

- Oversee payroll, compensation, performance management and HR policies.

- Improve employee retention, attendance, productivity and engagement.

- Develop HR systems, reporting and workforce cost controls.

- Candidate profile:
- 7-10 years of HR experience, preferably in automotive or engineering manufacturing.

- At least 5 years in a senior HR leadership role.

- Strong knowledge of labour laws, industrial relations and plant HR operations.

- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources.

- * Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
