Roles and Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment process from job posting to onboarding current hires.

- Develop and implement effective talent management strategies to attract, retain, and develop employees.

- Design and maintain performance management systems to measure employee performance and provide feedback.

- Collaborate with business leaders to develop HR policies, procedures, and guidelines aligned with company goals.

- Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and industry standards by staying up-to-date on changes in employment legislation.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 4-7 years of experience in Human Resource Management (HRM) or related field.

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline (e.g., B.Tech in Computers).

- Proven expertise in areas such as corporate HR, talent development, retention strategies, performance management system implementation.
