Role Description The Human Resources Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Surat Area. This role involves managing day-to-day HR operations, including employee onboarding, documentation, attendance and leave management, and maintaining HR records.

Executive will support the implementation of HR policies, coordinate performance reviews, and assist in compensation and benefits administration. The role includes handling employee relations, supporting conflict resolution, and promoting a positive,



inclusive workplace culture.

Executive will also collaborate with department heads on manpower planning, recruitment coordination, and compliance with labor laws and company standards.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management to oversee core HR functions and support organizational strategy.
- Candidates should possess skills in HR Operations and HR Policies to manage processes, ensure compliance, and maintain accurate HR documentation.
- Candidates should possess skills in Employee Relations to address concerns, support engagement initiatives, and foster a respectful work environment.
- Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a postgraduate HR qualification is an advantage.
- Knowledge of local labor laws and statutory compliance, along with experience using HRIS or HR management software.
- Robust communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Prior experience in a manufacturing, logistics, or supply chain environment is beneficial.
