Experience: 2 Years in HR operations Location: Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar, Maharashtra Salary Package: 1.8 LPA* Key Responsibilities: Handle end-to-end recruitment operations. Manage offer letters, joining formalities, and onboarding. Maintain employee records, HRMS/MIS, and documentation. Manage attendance, leave records, and employee database. Process onboarding, confirmations, transfers, and exit formalities.
Coordinate
Full & Final (FNF) settlements and relieving documentation. Organize engagement activities, meetings, and HR initiatives. Address employee queries and maintain healthy employee relations. Fresh candidates with solid HR internship experience may also apply.
