- Handle recruitment for Sales, Marketing, Accounts, Administration and other departments.
- Source candidates, screen CVs, conduct telephonic interviews and coordinate final interviews.
- Manage employee joining, onboarding and required documentation.
- Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, joining and exit details.
- Coordinate manpower requirements for different HQs, territories and states.
- Monitor employee attendance, reporting, discipline and compliance with company policies.
- Handle employee queries, HR issues and grievances professionally.
- Coordinate probation, performance review and employee confirmation processes.
- Maintain updated HR records and prepare regular recruitment/manpower reports for Management.
- Coordinate recruitment of Sales Officers,



Medical Representatives, Managers and other field staff.
- Perform other HR and administrative responsibilities assigned by Management.

Qualification & Skills

- Graduate in any discipline; MBA/PGDM in HR will be preferred.
- Good communication, coordination and follow-up skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and Excel.
- Positive understanding of recruitment and employee management.
- Pharma, Ayurveda, FMCG or Healthcare industry experience will be preferred.
- Freshers can also apply.

Salary Freshers: ₹8,000 – ₹12,000 per month

Experienced Candidates: Salary as per suitability, work profile and experience.

Reporting To: Director / Vice President – Sales & Marketing

Pay: Up to ₹13,000.00 per month
