Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end HR activities.
- Manage HRBP-related responsibilities and employee coordination.
- Handle payroll-related activities.
- Maintain HR data and reports using MS Excel.
- Prepare and analyse Pivot Tables and HR reports.
- Coordinate with employees and internal teams for HR requirements.
- Support day-to-day corporate HR operations.
Requirements
- 1.5–4 years of experience in HR Executive / HRBP / HR Generalist.
- Strong knowledge of end-to-end HR processes.
- Good MS Excel & Pivot Table skills.
- Hindi communication is mandatory.
- Manufacturing Industry Preferred
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Pay: ₹33,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
