Role & responsibilities

- Act as the primary HR partner for employees and business stakeholders.

- Manage end-to-end recruitment activities for plant functions.

- Handle day-to-day HR operations and employee lifecycle management.

- Coordinate onboarding and induction activities.

- Drive employee engagement, employer branding, surveys, and HR initiatives.

- Coordinate training programs and employee development activities.

- Support the performance management process and timely completion of appraisals.

- Prepare HR reports, dashboards, and MIS.

- Maintain employee attendance, leave records, and HR database.

- Coordinate with external HR service providers.

- Support HR audits and compliance activities.

- Ensure compliance with labour laws and company HR policies.

Preferred candidate profile

- Open for Bidadi, Bangalore Rural location.

- 4-7 years of HR Generalist experience.

- Experience in Manufacturing / Automotive industry preferred.

- Robust understanding of HR Operations.

- Good knowledge of labour laws.

- Experience in employee engagement and recruitment.

- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
