About Innov Arch

Innov Arch is a growing architecture, interior design and construction firm working on premium residential, hospitality, resort, township and commercial projects across India.

We are looking for a proactive HR & Talent Acquisition Executive who can take ownership of recruitment, employee coordination and day-to-day HR operations.

This is a hands-on role for someone who can source candidates, conduct initial screening, coordinate interviews, manage joining formalities and build a strong internal HR system.

Key Responsibilities

1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for architects, interior designers, 3D visualizers, sales, business development, marketing, site and support positions.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, referrals, colleges and other recruitment channels.
